Success Stories
Angie and Cherokee

Angie and CherokeeAngie Stark of Winston-Salem NC was placed with a magnificent dog named Cherokee in February of 2001. A nicer, more caring person than Angie you will not meet. She was young and beautiful, talented, recently married, and had everything going for her.

Everything, that is, except that she had been recently diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease.

Angie passed away quietly as a result of ALS in May of 2002. Words cannot express how deeply we feel this loss. Our sympathies for Angie's family, friends, and co-workers are great.
